UNIMAR is New Zealand’s specialist marine support company offering a range of multi-purpose offshore supply vessels and marine management services to the fast growing offshore oil, gas and coastal mineral industries.

In December 2008 as part of the company’s growth strategy the company brought on strategic partners which included Port Nelson Limited, Singapore-based Bovey Investments LLC, and Putaki Limited. These partners supplied infrastructure, experience, and resources to expand our charter fleet.

To support our vessel operations UNIMAR own and operate New Zealand’s third largest dry dock at 2500T, which includes comprehensive onsite engineering facilities and supply chain management. In addition, UNIMAR provides offshore supply and support base operations in Port Nelson and Picton’s deep water Shakespeare Bay, as well as offices and operations in New Plymouth.
